Makes Tax filing as easy as paying the Government

An excellent program that provides step by step instructions for tax filing including complex situations like rental property shared with others not on your return. Every tax situation I have was covered and easy to follow. A multi-year user and will continue to use every year. Makes tax filing almost a pleasant task. :-)

10th Year with Turbo Tax

What's great about it: Super Easy
What's not so great: Font is too small

The best way to do your taxes!!!

We have been using Turbo Tax for years and we feel it is the best product on the market for preparing and filing your taxes. The new feature of being able to get live help, without additional cost, is really great. I placed a call and did not have to wait that long before a "real live person" answered the phone and we review all the aspects of my question. The result did not change the taxes due but I felt better that I could speak with someone before I filed. The way that Turbo Tax is always improving their product is why we keep coming back each year.
What's great about it: Quick transfer of data
What's not so great: Sometimes it feels like you are "in a loop"
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easiest Ever!

Overall, this was the best version yet. It did, however, suffer from two small glitches. 1) After answering "no" to a vehicle for business use, I was asked for the vehicle registration. I just went back a few steps later and deleted the vehicle in order to continue. 2) I entered the wrong state abbreviation for a donation, so TT didn't recognize the zip code. It asked me to enter the zip code in a "proper" format (which was already in the proper format) when I noticed the state in error ("RX" instead of "TX"). Once the state was corrected the zip code was accepted.
Otherwise the program ran flawlessly and with the import and transfer operations had the quickest entry I have ever had. (We have W2s from 2 companies and 2 partnerships and multiple charitable contributions.)
I have used TT for many years now and am happy to see continued improvements. One feature I would like to see included next year is the ability to see several years' worth of comparison information.
Thanks Intuit for making tax season more bearable!

I was a little wary about using any tax product and thought that only a professional could do my taxes. Boy, was i wrong!!!!!! Turbotax made the process easy and wonderful and i loved that you could view your refund as you were entering in the data. I will definitely be using it next year!!!!!

2012 in the books!

Reduced income allowed me to qualify for previous deductions I couldn't take. Glad I saved my receipts and contribution information.
What's great about it: Walked me through detailed deductions that I normally didn't qualify
What's not so great: You have to work to get your money back
