Quick and Easy

What's great about it: Easy to both use and understand
What's not so great: Would like to see the deductions versus the standard deduction more easily.

Finally got a refund

Overall, was easy to use and enter info. Asked plenty of questions to find most deductions.
What's great about it: Seemed very thorough, and liked populating info from last year
What's not so great: A few steps weren't quite intuitive. Had to go back and re-look

Easy to use. Pass codes for submitting taxes are a pain.
Next year I will probably file federal electronically and mail in state to save the additional fees.

Not overall acceptable because of the lack of correctability
What's great about it: good overall
What's not so great: some entries for City would not accept correct information, kept changing to WRONG info

Greatest tool ever!

I started using Turbo Tax several years ago after my dad tried it out. He liked it so much, he started buying copies each year for my brothers and me. Now my kids use it too. It's so easy to use and the online updates mean you can buy anytime with confidence knowing any changes in the law will be available as soon as they are made. I also like the convenience of creating good records that I can refer to anytime. There are other programs out there, but I have such great trust in Turbo Tax that I simply wouldn't take a chance with anyone else.
What's great about it: Inexpensive for what you get. Easy to use. Completely dependable. Makes filing taxes easy.
What's not so great: None

Duck Soup!

Turbo Tax is a snap to use, providing the taxpayer with as much guidance as desired. The quick step-by-step program is "duck soup"... effortless but expert. I have used Turbo Tax for years after struggling every April by going-it-alone or overpaying an accountant. I now feel confident that I am realizing every applicable deduction. I appreciate the readily available, clear explanations to just about any question. The program helps soothes the anxiety usually associated with the dread of figuring income taxes.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax excels every year with easy transfer of prior year information and expert guidance throughout.
What's not so great: Navigation between forms and advice could be tweaked a bit to be even more intuitive.
