Straight Forward

It is tax software, so not an enjoyable experience, but relatively pain free.
What's great about it: Took about an hour and a half
What's not so great: didn't see an option to import my wife's W-2 this year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have used TurboTax for a few years now and it continues to get better each year. Questions and answers make taxes as easy as it can be.

Turbo Tax is the "go to" tax preparation program. Knowing you have qualified individuals providing support has been very comforting. I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and I wouldn't use any other program.

i honestly recommand to all of my friends to use the Turbo Tax to file their tax return in stead of doing all the calculation by hand or paying sky high fee for the accountants.
What's great about it: it's easy, secute & speedy.

Taxes Made Simple

I really enjoy using Turbo Tax software. I used to use a tax prep service. I watched them use software a lot like Turbo Tax. It was time consuming having to wait and not private to my information. It was costing me a lot more than Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax saves me money and time because it automatically takes information from previous returns and automatically loads my family's W2 online. I literally just answer yes and no questions and it's done. It's the way I will do tax returns every year. I recommend to everyone whenever taxes are brought up.
What's great about it: Straight forward use, in depth deductions, actually fun to use
What's not so great: Nothing

Pros: Easy to use and copies your information from last years return if used last year.
Cons: A little expensive for using the EZ form
