A Little Disappointed

Have used for years and love it, but found this year's not to be as user friendly. Found that I had to search for places to put stuff that I had entered in previous years by just answering the guide questions.
What's great about it: Still better than doing it without guidance
What's not so great: Not as user friendly as previous years

A Breeze to File

I have used Turbotax for a number of years and find the step by step process very informative. The drop-down windows give indepth information of each subject. I have not had to use it but I know If I ever needed more information, assistance is just a click away.
What's great about it: Easy to follow the step by step information requests.
What's not so great: My wife pushing me to start the file.

Second year back to Turbo tax after using a tax professional for several years. Easy to navigate, though sometimes I would have preferred to be able to jump around a bit more especially between state and federal. The questions for the state should move straight through rather than going back to the main screen and having to select each topic individually. I did take advantage of calling to get some tax advice on some defuct bonds. It took 1 1/2 hours to get to the right person, he then did spend about 10 minutes helping me with how I might be able to use the deduction. That is just a bit too long of a wait. Need to find a way to shorten those times. I called back in February/early March, I can't imagine the wait if I called in April.
What's great about it: reminded me of expenses I could deduct, could talk with a live person
What's not so great: 1 1/2 wait to talk with the right live person

Lighting fast refund

This tax program is so easy, my 3rd grader can do it. If you can read, you can do the tax. It's step by step guide you every step of the way. You can't go wrong. If you do, it will prompt you to go back and double check. It's like having a tax preparer standing over you shoulder. Love it. Have been Turbo Tax customer for the last 8 yrs.
What's great about it: Easy step by step
What's not so great: I like 2011 better. Too confusing for this year

Homerun Again!

This is my fourth year using TurboTax. Can't imagine using anything else. It just doesn't get any easier than this. I'm always able to get the taxes done in two afternoons. I appreciate the meter at the end that lets you know the possibility of an audit along with knowing I haven't missed any deductions and feel confident they're correct.
What's great about it: Doesn't get any easier!

I have used turbo tax for the past three years and each year the program has gotten easier and much more simply. I have gotten great result. I will continual to purchase the program and this will be my only way to do my taxes each year thanks.
What's great about it: Very very easy to use.
What's not so great: Nothing not to like.
