What's great about it: DETAILED QUESTIONS IN ORDER NOT TO MISS ANYTHING

Income tax return experience

It was quick and fast to enter date and I could go back easily and correct and add new items. It was cost effective and easily organized the date. I was able to file electronically and this allowed me to avoid having to post a letter and find the correct postage.
What's great about it: Easy and quick to use.
What's not so great: Not able to use on my IPAD

I have been a user if Turbo Tax and Quicken products for many years. They are both still the best in the business. Logical ease of usage makes my life easier.

First time turbo user

Overall the experience was good. It is important to save and come back a week later because the program does not always work properly and it is extremely frustrating. Still cheaper than a CPA!
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: System glitch halfway into filling taxes which caused a lot of unneeded stress.

Fast and Easy

I used an accountant for many years, then tried TT and I've been hooked ever since. One year I tried another software (sorry), it was horrific. I tell everyone I know that uses an accountant to try it just once.
What's great about it: Gets better each year
What's not so great: Long updates

Easy and quick

Turbo Tax is simple, self explaintory and simple to use. I've used this product for the last 9 years. As I reach close to retirement its helped me save money and manage my money. As my debt is paid down it becomes harder to get a maximum refund from our government. Turbo tax has help me understand to invest more in myself so that I can get back more at the end of the year. I like keeping my money I've work hard for.
