Super Fast

This is the most stress free way to file your taxes. There isn't any last minute running to the post office. Just sitting and home and relaxing while the hamster running this site took care of things.
What's great about it: I liked how easy and hassle free it was. I waited until the last minute and was worried that it would take all night.
What's not so great: I don't have any complaints. Everything was smooth.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Use

Right from the beginning, it is nice that I don't have to input all the info from my brokerage accounts. Just import, and the figures are in the right places.
This is a pretty complicated return, with 30 plus pages and forms, but Turbo Tax guided me through it and I feel like I can trust the computations are correct and the figures are in the right places.

What's great about it: Guided me through complicated maze of 1040. Nice to have import feature.
What's not so great: none.

This year's TurboTax was much harder to get through than previous years. I could not get into a good flow with the software. There were not enough prompts to indicate where you were or what should be done next.
What's great about it: It does a great job of tax preparation
What's not so great: The "GUIDE" really does not guide you.

Rocked My Refund!

There was some sort of snafu with installation on my computer, which was really the only frustration.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: The program didn't want to install on my computer so I had to use my fathers

I have been using this for quite a few years. Have some accounting experience but tax an it just explains everything. Has it's own built in Taxes for Dummies and I love it.
What's great about it: It explains it all or takes you right to it

Great Refund

I used turbo tax to file my personal and family members taxes. It was very easy to use and walked me through step by step. Everyone in my family had different filing styles and turbo tax accomodated everyones needs. Thank you for the support Turbo Tax, Job Well Done.

The results far outweigh the alternatives

For the most part my fears of the tax codes were overcome by this program. Believe the final result was a fair and honest tax return. Somewhat disappointed that e-filing state return was an additional cost with the Deluxe program.
Cons
Instructions can be vague, unless totally knowledgeable of circumstances, for instance later in this survey it questions if I have kids (i do 5 in all), but all are either deceased or with families of their own. I assumed that the correct answer to this question was did I have kids filed as dependents.I also know what can happen when you assume.

So easy and gets easier year after year.

I found I get the same refund year after year by using this product. I don't need a fancy tax service. It's all here on this disk!!!! No hassles and it usually takes less than 2 hours each year. I know what items to keep and what to throw away after using this for over 10 years.
What's great about it: Imports information. Less typing.
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to delete something from the previous year that has been imported.
