Yay Turbo Tax!

We have used TurboTax for about six years. We like it better every year.
What's great about it: Fast, easy; follow simple, detailed instructions.
What's not so great: None that I know.

Soooooo easy to do

Each year doing taxes gets more confusing and difficult. Turbo tax walks you thru everything and makes it so easy to get them done. Wouldn't do mine any other way.
What's great about it: Quick and easy - just have your stuff all together before you start.
What's not so great: didn't find any

Ok for Single State Filings

When we have used TurboTax for multi-state filings (on several occasions in the past), we have run into glitches and left money on the table. However for a straight-forward single-state filing it is a helpful tool. I do wish they would make it easy to re-step through the state filing so that spouses can doublecheck things more easily and more reference advice would be helpful.
What's great about it: quick; easy to leave and then return to finish
What's not so great: not good for multi-state, sometimes hard to review

I don't see how it could be better or easier, unless it could read my mind and I did not have to input on the keyboard.
What's great about it: No knowledge of tax laws is required to complete Turbo Tax filing!
What's not so great: The software will not read my mind.

Over all, my experience is great and will continue to use.
What's great about it: quick and clear explaination, have been using for 10 yrs
What's not so great: a little expensive for self-employed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
