2012 Taxes

I am a fan and have no reason to go anywhere else for my tax preparation needs. Its easy, its peazy and its done.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: takes a while to load from disk

How much easier can it get!

At least I know that when I am finished with the process i will be paying what I should- no more, no less. Turbo tax answers any questions I may have. But it is easy enough that I didn't many questions.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow
What's not so great: I don't like to send the Government a check

I've been doing my taxes with TurboTax for over 10 years. My wife always wanted a second opinion each time I've filed. I finally agreed this year and the tax preparer stated, "Your taxes are done correctly, and your husband knows what he's doing." I took the compliment, but it really should go to your product.

The IRS should take a tip from TurboTax

My filing is not complex but does have some tricky areas and TurboTax handles it with ease. TurboTax walks you through your tax preparation and asks you all the pertinent questions. It is extremely easy to use and the help and support is very complete and easy to understand. The IRS should take a lesson from TurboTax. My daughter was using a service till I showed her how easy it was to use Turbotax, now she does her own. If you are tired of paying a service and expecting more you need to get this program.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, quick to use, very complete
What's not so great: Haven't found any

Excellent Product

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It continues to be an excellent product. I will continue to use it for years.
What's great about it: Simple to use. Excellent guidance.
What's not so great: Moving around the program was a little difficult. Going back caused a complete review of area.

No stress for over 10 years!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years to complete the family tax return and every year the process gets easier even if my tax situation gets more complex! I can't image using any other product or service.
What's great about it: Easy to use step by step process.
What's not so great: Non!

Turbo Tax 2011 vs 2012

The 2012 version was much more difficult to use than the 2011 version. Sometimes the software skipped ahead and it was difficult to get back to where I left off. The most bothersome problem came at the end. Both the federal and state returns were checked and no errors were found. However when I went to file, it said there was an error, and I should check my return again. I went back and Turbo checked each return again, an again it said there were no errors. Then, the error message came up a second time when I went to e-file so I just filed.
If I had an error, I don't know where it was.

What's great about it: The product covered all tax subjects. Prior year's information was carried over.
What's not so great: Some of the more information items were difficult to understand.
