Easy every time!

Easy and thorough! This program has helped us from school days to IRA contributions. It seems to me that they have thought of every possible item that you would need to review. I love the double and triple checks and the final review.
What's great about it: Walks you through changes in your life.
What's not so great: None in the last 5 years!

Turbo Tax, seems to be getting easier to use. I like that I can download from Quicken.
What's great about it: The walk through guide is great. I also did and online chat for some help. Not really quick, but answered my questions.
What's not so great: Online, the wait time was a little long.

Very easy to use @ about 30% of the cost. Easy guide makes it simple. Try it & u wont use anything else!!

I HAVE USED, TURBO TAX FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS TO DO MY TAXES. I DONT EVEN START MY TAX SEASON WITH OUT THE PROGRAM.
ITS QUICK, EASY AND INFORMATIVE.

TurboTax Deluxe 2012

Con issue had a problem with Social Security lump sum payment. Pervious years had taxable social security on joint return had to do research on my on to figure out what an error message needed to fix. Itt was v erfy unclear and was notinng a field that cidn't make sense..
Used TurboTaz for years always satisfied, still am but was disalppointed on this one issue.
I will still recommend product and intend to use it again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to work trhough
What's not so great: 1 problem this year with lump sum Soccial Security

Have been using TT for several years. Was mini-audited one time and came through with flying colors. Wish they would just include the State tax filing without needing to pay at the end.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions.
