AGI amt on my 2011 return was different in file copy on my computer than what is on my printed copy that was e-filed. There were other figure differences between the printed copy and the computer file copy which prevented me from e-filing as I needed the AGI or PIN to E-file and if the correct AGI is not used the return may not get filed. Completely baffled as to why the numerous discrepancies between the printed copy and the computer file copy. This is unacceptable.
What's great about it: Easy to prepare
What's not so great: Major error - AGI on 2011 printed return different tnan AGI on electronic file

I heart TurboTax!

I always appreciate the option of being able to walk through every section to make sure that I have not missed something, plus the fact that the system checks for glaring errors and flags concerns. The fact that ow the program has a section that shows frequently asked questions by other users and provides answers was a great addition and was very helpful.
What's great about it: LOVED the frequently asked questions addition!
What's not so great: Nada

I don't give a second thought to how I will prepare my tax returns. I purchase Turbo Tax as soon as it becomes available every year. I have been a user for as long as I can remember.

What's great about it: Step by step process and transfer of previous year's info
What's not so great: Paid extra for the version I bought thinking it would cover State but it didn't. Don't understand why it cost more

So Fired My Accountant!!!

This is the mopst awesome program. I've been paying thousands of dollars to my CPA for the past 10+ years up until last year when I used TurboTax for the first time. One of the best decisions I've made in years. This was the second time using TurboTax and it was easier this time. All my prior info from 2011 TurboTax transferred seamlessly. Love it!!! Never thought doing my taxes could be so enjoyable, not to mention I got a huge refund this year :-). Thanks TurboTax. I'm a customer for life... "till death do us part."
