Fast, Easy, & (relatively) Clear

Taxes are so complicated and confusing that I always remember a quote I read from some famous public figure (William F. Buckley Jr???): "Of course I cheated on my taxes this year. The laws are so complicated, it's impossible not to"
What's great about it: Walks you through the whole process & holds your hand all the way
What's not so great: Cutesiness of comments - "OK, we know it's taking longer than just a moment..."

Over all Turbo tax looks and seems easy and accurate. At this time I have not received the refunds but everything looks good. Used to doing tax's on paper this was new, but over all much less a headach then going through the books, Turbo tax found the refunds due!
What's great about it: Figures the amounts and looks for all the refunds available
What's not so great: For a first time user used to doing tax's on paper some of the terms and formats are confusing.

I have -- and do -- recommend Turbo Tax to friends. Have used it myself for many years.

I liked the fact that when I efiled they rememebered my pin from last year. That is always such a pain in the butt before.

I feel safe using this prgram to "walk me through" our returns. I don't feel like I ever miss anything.

Taxing times simplified!

As a non-techy country girl, I found TurboTax easy, and even fun. What a great program!
What's great about it: Easy to follow, caught some deductions I've missed in previous years.
What's not so great: Had to fill in my own signature...!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for years and, in my opinion, it is the only way to do your own taxes. It finds things that i might not think of. Provides a great UI for entering charitable donations!

A do it yourself like a pro ..Easy to use. Turbo tax explain the user step by step process. I'd recommend my coworkers to use it.
