When I did my taxes before it would take me four hours for Federal and two hours for state. I also wanted to read just about every deduction available on hardcopy before beginning. Now it's much better and faster, and more accurate. I don't have the headaches and nudging to do them now.
It's a whole lot healthier.
What's great about it: Like the speed and accuracy of the process
What's not so great: Before Turbo would get my info from my company directly , now it doesn't.

I'm happy that I didn't have to fill out the 40+ forms used. Turbotax always educates me on the tax up-dates that I would have missed on my own.
What's great about it: easy to use, grateful for all the forms filled it, excellent at finding deductions and the forms to file.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Best at home Tax Software!

Last year I tried another at home tax software program, because I got it on sale. It was terrible. Turbo Tax is so easy to follow and understand. I'll never stray again!

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and continue to be very satisfied. It is so easy to use and makes tax preparation fast and stress free. Would highly recommend.

This application is great. I have used it to file my taxes for several years now and feel it is an easy to use tool for families.

Erroneous Calculations

I've used Turbo Tax several years for my tax returns, but this year I noticed calculation errors, which makes me wonder how many times previously have the calculations been erroneous. This will definitely be the last year I use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: User friendly
