Appreciated the walkthrus and the completeness of each subject area.
What's great about it: Clear explanations.
What's not so great: none -taxes just take timie!

Most of this is clear and easy to follow. Hard to go back to recheck things. Some of the things referred to are hard to follow and the "helps" are usually not helpful. The AMT refund confuses me - I paid a few years ago, does that qualify for a refund or just last year? The questions on the review don't give me enough information to know what to enter - so I just put 0 so I can go on.
I would like side by side calculations so I know what is going on. Last year IRS had questions about what I had submitted, and trying to print the form I needed was a nightmare - had to print the whole ___ thing a few times - what a waste.

What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Review asked questions about things and forms I knew nothing about - you need to be a little more specific.

Although it is very easy, when I don't want to use the step by step process, it still asks me all sorts of questions.
Also, when I've already answered them, and I just want to go back and review a few things, it still asks me those questions!

I think anybody can use it easily. I will recommend all my friends to use this easy to use turbotax program. I have done by hand before this is the first time i used Turbotax. Turned out tobe a good experience.

I totally blew it out so fast this year. Have been using Turbo Tax now for at least 10 years and they just make it easier and easier!

Easy and painless. I have had tax classes before and it seems to have covered what I need.

Program is very good for those who do not work in the accounting field. I like how TurboTax selects the forms you need without you having to read all the information manuals just to see if you need the form or not.
What's great about it: Program selected forms needed.
What's not so great: Some suggestions were not clearly worded.
