Better each year

I had the opportunity this year to use both Turbo Tax and Tax Cut and worked on my returns on both. The final amount was within a couple of dollars (they round off differently).
I felt that Turbo Tax automated more of my forms, and it was a bit easier to navigate. There was still some work and digging to be done, but overall it seems to get better each year.
Overall I'm satisfied with the product.
What's great about it: Provided more automated form population than Tax Cut
What's not so great: Still had to dig a bit for some info.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and recommend it to most I know... easy to do for most.
What's great about it: Liked how easy it is to file
What's not so great: Having to pay for the state filings

I am still pleased each year after I have completed the taxes and feel confident that every item has been covered. It is wonderful not to have to feel the anxiety of yesteryears at tax season.

I think this is great software and it gets better every year. I have been using it for about 30 years.
What's not so great: Software did not ask clearly if I paid additional state taxes last year in addition to what was withheld.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy to Use

We've used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years and are signed up for the auto-renew Advantage plan. I would recommend this to everyone!
What's great about it: Very straightforward, easy to follow
What's not so great: It's still taxes, for crying out loud!

Love Using TurboTax

I like the fact that Turbo Tax knows what to ask me and asks for information in a organized way, keeping like topics together. Turbo Tax knows what are common and not common responses and is up-to-date on tax revisions and updates. I like that I don't have to spend hours reading and trying to understand the tax law. Turbo Tax does it for me. Thank you, Turbo Tax for taking a lot of the stress out of filing my taxes.

To get to the "print of the return".

Good if you use this every day. But using the program once a year, I had to go through a lot of language to learn how to print. To much information. You need an icon for printing on-line. One for printing if the Cd is the installation. I don't remember going through all this last year to print my return. This year, when I clicked to print, I saw the computer buffering, but nothing showed up and the printer didn't get the info. I have no idea where it went. I did this several times.
What's great about it: Printing was easy once I found out how to do it.
What's not so great: To complicated to do a simple thing.
