I Love Turbot Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2008 and have always found it easy to use in a timely and accurate manner. The deductions are complete as far as I have been able to determine. I will be using Turbo for my 2013 taxes, that's the best review I could possibly give.
What's great about it: Easy & Accurate

I think that the format was easy to follow and I really loked transferring last years info to save me mega time.

What's not so great: Took a while to figure out one of my errors. One of last year entries changes from last year 1099-INT to d099-DIV

User friendly and reliable

I've been using TurboTax for at least 10 years and can say that this is very reliable and user friendly tax preparation software. It guides a user through the tax topics in wizard style. This is very convenient for a first time user. At the same time it allows direct access to the topics which is more convenient for folks like me who has been doing taxes for years. And if you need to make changes directly in tax forms - you can do it. I am not a trained tax specialist, I learned tax rules using TurboTax.
What's great about it: User friendly, allows guided and direct access to topics, reliable
What's not so great: More examples in help would make it even better tool
