Turbo Tuax was a BIG help!

I beleive that Turbo Tax's Team made the project of Filing my 1040 as Easy as possible and they ALL DISERVE KUDOS!!
What's great about it: Staff was VERY; helpful!, Knowledgeble! Polite! and they had a sense of Humor!
What's not so great: TOO MANY Pages!,( NOT Turbo Tax's Fault!)

Awesome Tax Processing App

I have been using TurboTax since it was developed and I love it!!! Mostly because it transfer information from my previous year taxes to the new version, than I only need to update the information. This really helps me as an independent consultant who works for several companies. I've tried other tax software but its not as easy to use as TurboTax. If you have a small business this is the best app on the market to help you process your taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to report small business tax information
What's not so great: Must take time to answer all the questions

Easy Peasy

I have been using this software for 6 years now and rely on it every year. I like that it remembers my information but also looks for things that I may have missed previously.
What's great about it: Walks you through every step making it almost idiot proof.
What's not so great: No cons.

Amazing product

I have used a variety of tax programs over the years and Turbo Tax is the one I find most accurate and easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy of use, accuracy
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have been doing Turbo Tax for 3 years now and would never go back to a professional. Turbo Tax makes me feel like a professional-competant and knowledgeable. I tell everyone I know to try it. We have a pretty easy return but I would still give it a try if things in our life got more complicated because I feel Turbo Tax is there for me. Please don't ever stop offering this!! I would be at a loss on where to go! See you next year!!

NOT ALWAYS WHAT YOU WANT BUT IT'S WHAT I GET

years ago it would take, sometimes, a few days to file my taxes using pay stubs, W-2's and tax books provided by the post office. Now, for a small fee, I purchase Turbo Tax and follow the clear and concise steps provided.
What's great about it: I loved being walked through the steps. Unlike years ago when I had to use a book
What's not so great: you have to have trust but,"Can you be sure".

Better that Paid tax preparer

I've used you for several years with no problems. Last year I went to a tax company because of some unusual income & expenses. They really didn't know what they were doing and I regretted not using Turbo Tax.
