Great Program

TurboTax is an awesome guided program for somewhat complex returns. The "ask" feature of the help program was right on in terms of being helpful and easy to use.
What's great about it: The help function nailed the answers to my questions.
What's not so great: A little difficult to navigate from one area of the return to another

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years now. Love it. Would not even consider any other software.
What's great about it: Guides you through every detail and especially things that you may not think of.

Peace of Mind

I've used Turbo Tax for twenty years because it is a tested product. My returns are always accurate; thus, I have peace of mind that it will pass any IRS inspection.
What's great about it: Review Catches Inaccurate and incomplete data
What's not so great: Lengthy Process Unless One Chooses Alternate Process

Silly Errors Stops!!!!

in review 4 stops. When ready to e-file, would not let me submit tax forms even though the forms 4 stops are not to be mailed. FIle use only. No easy override. Had to stop and go back and enter data on wrong zip code, and state on Tax exempt data even when forms not mailed to IRS.
What's great about it: Preparing Taxes Easy to follow as before
What's not so great: Final review stopped on non reportable forms ie, zip-code, and State code when not available or necessary

I have used TurboTax for several years and have found it easy to use and final return has always been complete. Itemizing is easy. Return always passes wife's audit!

Simple way to set up payment

I was again impressed at how easy it was to prepare my taxes. The only suggestion is to e-file state for no charge.This is my second year and it looks like you have my business in the future. I send my compliments to your programmers. Keep up the great work.
