I like that turbo tax gives me the opportunity to choose how I want to put in my info.( easy enter or step by step) I find the instructions very easy to understand.
What's great about it: very easy to complete

Easy, easy, easy

Used Turbo-Tax for six years and each year I get better at going thru the forms. This was the first year I did not use the Step-by-Step guide as I felt comfortable enough to use the guide as I knew which forms I needed. I don't need to calculate anything as the math is automatic with Turbo-Tax. If the numbers I enter don't appear to be right, I have the ability to review my paperwork and files and have a chance to re-enter my work. See ya next year Turbo-Tax.
What's great about it: shows refund or payment immediately, walks u thru forms, conveys info in an easy-to-understand and concise manner.
What's not so great: costs $ to e-file to state

The interview process gives you a very comfortable feeling knowing that you haven't missed anything. My mother did her and dads taxes this year and was contacted by the IRS and had to redo them due to a major mathematical error, no audit or anything like that, just had to do them over. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and just finished my taxes for 2012 and filed electronically knowing there are no flags, no errors and I can sleep good tonight! I think were gonna go spend our refund this weekend!
What's great about it: The interview process is what I feel the best about.
What's not so great: Not enough room on the line above to express myself!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been a Turbo-Tax user for years and can't imagine using any other software. It is easy to use and has good help text.
What's great about it: Easy and quick
What's not so great: Error gathering income tooks a while to clear up
Pros: I bought or sold investments

2012 Taxes EZ to file

I have used TurboTax as my preferred file method for the past 5 years. I prefer it becuase it is
1) cost effective
2) covers all topics in my tax situation
3) covers any new tax categories/changes for current filing year
4) I can start working on taxes and continually update/revise until filing
5) great way to maintain records of each years tax filing
6) catches any missed info or errors
7) allows easy e-filing
