I love TurboTax! I have used it for the last 2 years, and I'll be using it again next year! I am a minister, but I have also done work as a professor and translator. This means that I have 2 different schedule Cs and some things that are taxable and others that aren't...this would be very confusing if I had to navigate forms or very expensive if I paid an agent. TurboTax is easy to use and works well to navigate my complex issues.
What's great about it: Easy to follow...even if you have complex worksheets like I do.
What's not so great: A few things could be further explained.
Pros: I moved, I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

i got more back with turbo tax then j.h. easier than i thought. i am NOTT computer friendly. i will b turbo taxing next year.
What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: extra cost at end!!!!!!

Great Experience

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now, and have found it to be perfect for our taxes. The last 4 years I have found it extremely helpful in reporting my son's College Scholarships. It covered all of the bases, and I felt confident of it's correctness when I submitted. I always recommend it to my friends.
What's great about it: Very thorough and easy to use
What's not so great: No cons

What's not so great: MCC tax credit - doesn't ask about formula for figuring credit against certificate rate based IRS form 8396 instructions

GREAT PROGRAM

I really like how easy Turbo Tax is able to use. It goes step by step over every area of the taxes that you need. Using this program for several years adds to the ease of use since it uploads the information from last year so you don't have to reenter a lot of data. Even the information from previous W2s. This program makes my life much easier when it come to filing taxes!!!
What's great about it: Very easy to use and understand. walks you through all the areas of taxes that you need in an easy to understand method

Assuming all goes as well with the Feds as in past years this will be a successful tax year. Great help with deductions. "That's Deductable" is really useful.
