I've been using Turbotax since the mid 90s and I have NEVER had any problems filing with accuracy. Every year the service improves and now with the ability to chat online to a CPA on tough questions I am confident as ever that I can complete my taxes without any worries. Although I thoroughly hate the income tax and the ridiculously complex IRS tax policy, TurboTax helps me through every year! You rock TurboTax!
What's great about it: Ease and accuracy of software, depth of help resources, outstanding online chat tax assistance
What's not so great: won't pay the tax bill for me

The tax preparation

The instructions were very clear and easy to follow; mistakes were very easy to correct, and the calculations were easy to follow.
I have been using TurboTax for a few years now I have always been very satisfied with the results
What's great about it: Fun, quick and easy to do

2012 tax return

in the past i worked. Single use short form even called number on short form. i received credit i didn't know i had. Been cheating myself alot of money i'm owed didn't know of. I'm now on totalal disability do to spine surgery. went parailize from the neck down 2007. Recovered with 6 screws in my neck 2 in my skull. They fused my upper spine. Put protein packs between my spine bones. All this time do my taxes until now turbo staff showed me credit I didn't know I had. thank you.
What's great about it: showed me tax credited I never knew
What's not so great: lie everything

it was an easy step by step process to file taxes. Any question I had during the process were on addressed within the website.
