Simple, fast, and effective

I was able to do some fairly complicated taxes in a minimal amount of time and not wasting my time is valuable to me. I'm still not happy when I have to sit down and do them, but this product at least makes it as painless as possible.

Terrific Turbo Tax

I have enjoyed filing with turbo tax for the past few years. I find it is more helpful than filing with an accountant. The step by step guide has given me more insight into getting the best deductions than working with an accountant ever did. Also, turbo tax has helped me get larger tax returns than I received without using it.
What's great about it: Simple, clear guide
What's not so great: The wait time to contact support via phone or chat.

Excellent Tax Program Software

I am a retired individual, 85 years of age, and have very poor vision. I have utilized Turbo Tax for approx 5 years and am extremely satisfied and have had no problems with neither Federal nor State Returns. I would recommend Turbo Tax to any one with a simple or complex return. If you can read you can complete Turbo Tax.

I DIDN"T FIND ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PROGRAM. IT SURE MAKES THINGS EASIER FOR ME. VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND. WAS DONE IN A MATTER OF HOURS AND ALL WAS GOOD.

I feel confident using Turbo Tax. We always did our taxes by hand until a friend did our taxes with her Turbo Tax a few years ago. That was all we needed to switch and have been using TurboTax ever since. It covers so many things that you may not think of.
What's great about it: Guides you through step by step
What's not so great: All the questions, however that is what makes if thorough.

Easy Tax year

I have always been concerned that I would forget and not save the correct documents. This product asks for all of the documents that I have kept and makes it simple to complete my return each year. I have been using this product for several years now. I really like the countdown window that shows the refund and/or amount due dollars.
What's great about it: Seems easier to navigate this year, system improved or I am getting better at following directions and keeping records.
What's not so great: NO complaints!!!!!!!!!!

I filed federal using standard deduction but TT will not fill out state form with standard. It wants to itemize state and state requires form A from federal BUT THERE IS NONE SINCE USED STANDARD DEDUCTIONS
