fast and easy

I am 53 years old and this was the first time I have ever done my own taxes. And I will be doing them again next year with turbotax! It was easy and fast.
What's great about it: checked ,checked and double checked
What's not so great: the last line 10 check item thing , it had oo.o and it said if it had less then $1.00 make it blank
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

EASY TO USE, DO NOT HAVE TO RE-ENTER CONSISTENT INFO EACH YEAR AS IT CARRIES INFO FORWARD, REMINDS YOU IF YOU NEED TO LOOK AT A PARTICULAR AREA , JUST OVERALL VERY, VERY USER FRIENDLY. ALSO HAS OPTION TO HVE PERSONAL REPRESENTATION IS WANTED.
What's great about it: CARRIES FORWARD INFO FROM LAST YEAR'S RETURNS
What's not so great: LIKES EVERYTHING

Overall a comforting experience!
What's great about it: The help pages made this easy!
What's not so great: The filling PIN section was confusing.

I've been using TurboTax for at least 10 years, on both Macs and PCs, and love the easy, step by step guide
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: none except due to complexities of tax laws themselves

My overall experience with this sofware, is that it has been extremely user friendly. I beleive it was made for those of us who are computer challenge. GREAT!!!!
