always cost more

i purchased deluxe version with state e- file included for 59.99. then it cost me 19.99 to e-file state. i understood this was included in package

Money in Minutes

I love how when I download the new years Turbo Tax it automatically loads all my information from the previous year and all I have to do is enter the dollar amounts and basically finished in a matter of minutes and have them figured, filed and can sit back and relax while everyone else is struggling to figure theirs.
What's great about it: I like how my information is transferred from year to year and never have to enter it again.
What's not so great: There is no con to using Turbo Tax, have been using it for years.

State sales taxes

I was on the phone with your help line for 38 minutes trying to figure out how to add a new car sales tax to the standard staet sales tax. The screens nor helps show you how to do this. It is by trial and error that I finally accomplished this. I am a retired software engineer and this would not have been tolerated in a product that we shipped.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and I am never disappointed. Keep up the good work. I recommend Turbo Tax to all my friend.

Mega Money!

I have always found TurboTax very user friendly and they ask all the right questions to get me the biggest refund. The only down side this year was that the state program was a bit difficult to open. Also I notice this year TurboTax was about $15 more expensive than H & R Block...don't know why but seems like the price went up.
Otherwise, still an awesome program and I will continue to use it in the future!

What's great about it: Easy to follow with maximum deductions allowed.
What's not so great: Had to close out program then re-open to get state to work...just took me a minute to figure it out.

Fast and Easy Filing!

Used the product for several years now. I like the easy navigation and how it is organized. The software helps me organize my documentation and enter it as I received the material via mail or email or on a website. I can work on any part at any time and make changes.
I love the review at the end, how TurboTax checks the return for errors. I feel more confident that our returns are in good shape.

I used to pay the professional tax preparer $300 per year, this software cost $64.99....huge savings!

What's great about it: Very intutive interface! Saves me a trip to a bricks and mortar. Makes working through one-off situations easy!!
What's not so great: Help text may not always be as good as talking something out with a person.
