Less exiting than 2011

Every year you succeed to screw it up more. I have been using Turbo-Tax for years, but every years your slogans become bolder and the ease of usage much more complicated. I have been trying to print my returns for one hour, and have not succeeded yet. What is wrong with a command: Print yes or no as it was in previous years. I am stuck in a window asking me to save a PDF copy, I select Yes and then I can't get back to a plain print command. Again, every year you add more so called features, and then create a much more complicated product. One or two more updates and it will become an unusable product. I think I need to switch to another product.
What's great about it: ease of filing, but could be more customer friendly
What's not so great: the printing Returns function is a big joke. I have not been able to print yet because of all the convoluted command

This is the latest I've ever filed and felt major stress because many things had changed and I knew my taxes would be different. I also had to buy a new computer with Windows 8 and my old Turbo taxes had been done on my Windows 7 pc -but was able to get the old ones on disc and they read perfectly. When I started my Turbo tax on the new computer it found and imported them with absolutely no problems!

What's great about it: fast easy to follow
What's not so great: some tax words are confusing, but there's always help!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2012 TurboTax Deluxe review

I have been using TurboTax for years. This year, 2012, adds another layer of straight-forward guided effort in completing all tax forms required - federal and states. TurboTax makes filing returns and paying taxes, as required, palatable.
What's great about it: clear, straightforward, just what's needed
What's not so great: none

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and love it. It is so much faster and accurate than my previous method of doing them by hand.
What's great about it: Fast
What's not so great: Wish they would provide a snapshot of worksheet/forms as you are filling out the different sections.
