Most data are easy to enter. However, some of the more complex items were nearly impossible to figure out. No information offered about things that occurred over multiple or unspecified dates.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to enter data
What's not so great: Before filing, asked for data I could not understand

So Easy to use, I can't believe I used an accountant all these years!
What's great about it: So Easy!!!
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Lost without Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for years now. I have charitable deductions and Turbo Tax walked me through those as well as able to give estimates for material donations.
What's great about it: Follows form layout so it is easy to plug in numbers.
What's not so great: Lot of forms I don't have so skipped those but takes time.

I also use other tax programs, and it takes almost twice as long to do a return on TT as it does other programs
What's not so great: I'm very disappointed in the direct TurboTax has taken. There are far to many form, compared to a few years ago.

Taxes Done - Accurate, Quick and Easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. The format is easy to follow and it helps the user get their taxes done accurately and quickly.
What's great about it: Easy to follow prompts. Help to understand possible credits.
What's not so great: Can't think of any! I've been using Turbo Tax for over a decade.

I will continue to use this product in the yrs to come, unlikeanother company, I've not ever had any issues with your product that ever hit the national news.......
What's great about it: Used to it so I'll stick with it
