This year, I have not received any indication of when I can expect my return. I know I am later in doing my return, but I would like to have some idea of how long it will be. I was widowed last year, and this has been a rough year, and it would help to know, and this is he first year that info has not been available. I filed, and it was accepted by the IRS on Tuesday, Apr. 9. Can you give me even a rough guess as to how long it may be?
What's great about it: I have used TurboTax for more than a decade, and I love the convenience. We loved being able to get quick refund.
What's not so great: Over the years, very few until this year.

What's great about it: Guided thru all the forms, etc.
What's not so great: Many steps, but less than 1040 paperwork...

New Tax Year-Same Reliable Product

Have used Turbo Tax successfully for many years. My tax situation hasn't changed dramatically so process is very easy and reliable. This year had some potential differences which were addressed clearly by TTax program.
What's great about it: Step by Step Instructions; 'Red Flags' when something is amiss
What's not so great: High cost for using credit card to pay taxes
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Smooth Ride

I found the Turbo Tax system easy to use and everything seemed to flow smoothly without problems. A couple of questions seemed be repetitive but maybe there was a reason for it.
What's great about it: Questions were easy to follow.

Excellent Product

I've been using TurboTax for several years and will never stop using it! Prior year's information is immediately transferred to current tax year. I can review previous filings with a click of the mouse. TurboTax is very thorough. Thank you for simplifying my tax filing!
What's great about it: User friendly and fast! Very dependable

Very easy to follow the instruction. Save a lot of time if you have the previous version.
What's great about it: Easy to file. Save time if you have the previous version.
What's not so great: Everytime when i want ot edit something, some of the yes and no questions I have to answer again.

Easy to use and very fast. Have used Turbo Tax every year for a long time. It just get better and easier to use each year.
What's great about it: Snapped through each deduction category quickly and efficiently.
What's not so great: Didn't see any!!!
