My tax situation gets more complex each year and TTX has always been able to support my situation.
I do wish there was an option to always skip the Easy Guide and go to "Explore on my own"
What's great about it: Easy and comprehensive
What's not so great: Always have to go back to the beginning

Never disappointed

I have used TurboTax for years and remain confident that the complicated tax code has been covered to give me the best return.
What's great about it: Using the "step-by-step" brings more savings to light.
What's not so great: Makes my filing time too short. :-)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax since the '90's, except for one year when I tried a competitor. I came back to TT because I liked the way they hold your hand and lead you down an onerous path. I am glad to paytaxes for what we get as American citizens, I don't see near as many folks fighting to get out as those fighting to get here.
What's great about it: Easy as one could make filing tax return.
What's not so great: none

Excellent Experience

Very user friendly but I would have liked more prompting, ie. when my Casualty & Theft deduction didn't meet the more than 10% of AGI, I would like a message to say that, had to reread a few times to figure out why. Also, when doing NYC-1127 I was asked if we wanted Married Filing Jointly or Separately and we wanted the program to run it both ways to tell us which is better. But all in all an easy and fairly stress free way to do taxes, will use Turbo Tax next year!
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: Wanted the program to calculate some items both ways to tell me what is best

This was an easy to do job. I especially liked the assists on donations.
