My disc did not contain the Missouri Form MOTC.

I Love Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax from day one. I love it so well that I can't see myself using any other tax program. What i like about Turbo Tax is that it us so easy to use. And if you make a mistake you can easily go back and correct your mistakes. Also, i like how you can quit at any point in your tax return and resume at that some location the next time you call up your return. Sooo... easy!
What's great about it: It's so user friendly!
What's not so great: Can't find anything i don't like about this tax program.

Unexpected!

I'm so glad I took the opportunity to go thru each step with the help of the software. It found deductions for us and got us an unexpected refund!
What's great about it: Asks you every stinking question under the sun
What's not so great: You'll get tired of answering questions

Super Satisfied with Savings!

I am not a tech savvy person and know so little about taxes that I have annual stress around tax season. I am blown away by how simple turbo tax is. I appreciate the amount of detail and explanation for each section there is. Every time I had a question about something there was a link to click on for the information I needed to get me to the next step. When I checked the IRS website earlier this year I was in fear of owing a lot more then I had planned. By using TurboTax I was able to cut my payment and save on expenses I had no idea I was even able to claim. There is no reason to pay hundreds of dollars to an accountant when TurboTax has an unbeatable price for the user friendly program. I am completely satisfied and will continue to use TurboTax for many years to come!

Overall, good till having to resolve a problem. I was with support for hours. They gave up, and I had to figure it out on my own.
What's great about it: Cheaper than a CPA
What's not so great: Cheaper is well, cheaper

It's the only way!

We have been using TurboTax about 20 years. I don't know why I wait until the last minute, because it is so easy this way. Maybe, that's why. I don't sweat it, because it's only going to take a few hours.
What's great about it: It does the calculations. It asks the questions. I just fill in the blanks.
What's not so great: Sometimes have to dig a little bit for an answer to a question.

2012 Review

TurboTax was as easy as ever. We have used TurboTax for 15 years. This year we had a disbursement that caused us to owe on our state taxes. We used all the "help" options but we could not find an answer explaining the amount owed. This is somewhat a mute complaint because I know we will use again next year. Still, it would be nice to be able to find the answers!
What's great about it: Easy as ever
What's not so great: Lack of explanation
