Love turbo tax have used this program for years. Easy to use and is complete. My only complante is that it doesn't return to the same place on the page when you enter something. You have to keep paging down.
What's great about it: walks you thur every posiable situation
What's not so great: page retures to top every time instead of where you left off.

Should be more intuitive. It should be able to figure out that I have a daughter who is 19 and that I have a 529 account, and it should ask me if I have a 1099Q to report. Also my wife transferred her IRA over to her company's tax deferred retirement plan and the screen's were not helpful at all. I had to search several sites on the internet before I found helpful advice.
What's great about it: Love that it guides you thru the process and compares responses to previous year
What's not so great: Should be more intuitive. It should be able to figure out that I have a daughter who is 19 and that I have a 529 account

TurboTax did it again. I have filed my taxes and efiled them off in less than 3 hours. A faithful and continued customer for years.

I've used TurboTax in the past, and I'm only continuing to be more satisfied with the product. I used it for both Federal and State returns this year and couldn't be happier with the simplicity that this product brings to the process of filing tax returns.
What's great about it: Detailed help, explanations very clear and to the point!
What's not so great: Estimated tax due/refund changes wildly as I enter more information

This is my 17th year using TurboTax... It has come a long way since it used Floppies... Very well constructed and thought out. I am very comfortable using it and I earn > $200k with many itemized deductions including Home Office etc... Would recommend it to anyone who is computer saavy, and even those a bit challenged... Thanks Intuit, you have done it again!!!!
What's great about it: Ease of use, User friendly, Love Audit Risk
What's not so great: Correcting errors a bit difficult. Cannot tell where you are at times.
