Turbo tax has continued to be very user friendly and alerts me to any errors or omissions on my part. As the tax code gets more complicated, TTax is my best ally in this process.
What's great about it: Very easy to process and complete. Thorough and detailed.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easier every year!

Once again I have completed and filed our taxes electronically. I have help from the questions asked to complete the relevant information and the competed forms come out looking professionally prepared. I recommend TurboTax to anyone who asks about tax preparation.
What's great about it: Asked me questions, skipped irrelevant items
What's not so great: They're not TurboTax's fault!

Great Product

I have used Turbo Tax to complete and e-file our taxes for almost 10 years now and I love it! Turbo Tax makes the process so easy for me. Instead of filling out confusing forms, I simply let Turbo Tax guide me through the entire process. I answer the questions and fill in the data it asks for and Turbo Tax takes care of filling out the required forms. E-filing is also so easy and I have always received my refund in about 7 or 8 days after filing! I think the software gets better and easier to use every year! Thanks for such a wonderful product!
What's great about it: Easy to use, guides you through with straight-forward questions

Turbo Tax takes the stress out of filing tax returns. Easy to locate needed information. Love the automatic information fill in from last years taxes.

Too easy to believe

This is my first year using TurboTax and it was great. It cost about one fifth the cost of my old accountant and took only about 2 hours to do both state and federal returns.
What's great about it: low cost compared to accountant fees
What's not so great: None
