GRET PROGRAM

Easy to use and has been accurate in the past. I feel confident that it is making my tax bill as small as possible and still be legal.
What's great about it: ONLINE HELP AND EASY EXAMPLES AND INSTRUCTIONS
What's not so great: DIDN'T LET ME KNOW WHEN I COULD ORDER ONLINE

Easier every year

the process is easy to follow - much better each year. The "more information" links are very helpful when there is something you don't understand or know how to answer.
What's great about it: the ability to go back to each section and review or change each entry
What's not so great: unable to print certain pages: current year vs last year income, deductions and non-worksheet/orms pgs

Went fast

Once it was loaded off I went. The blue print was hard to read sometimes. I liked how it had info from last year so I did not have to re-type it.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: slow loading

2012 MY SPARE TIME

Everything went smoothly on entering all of the data. Problem was by entering an answer that was not correct changed the refund from owing to the correct one which involved a nice refund. After checking the prior year's return, the same error will need to have me amend my 2011 return to gain more than $1000 in refunds.
What's great about it: ENTERING THE INFO WAS EASY
What's not so great: INTERVIEW DOES NOT COVER SOME POSSIBILITIES
