Support was excellent

I have used TurboTax for years, but had problems get updates to install this year. I had to spend time holding for support, which was no surprise, but She was very patient and helpful, and my return was sent successfully!

Incredibly easy and fast!

I don't know why everyone who has normal employment and income doesn't use TurboTax. I can see the value of a tax professional for business owners, investors, and others who may have complicated financial lives. However, for 90% of Americans, TurboTax would work fine. From the purchase and download of TurboTax Deluxe for Mac from amazon.com to electronically filing BOTH with the IRS and state took about 1 hour. 1 hour! Can't beat that.
What's great about it: Fast, well organized, informative, and easy

I truly found this to be very simple and straightforward. I don't know why I put it off so long, well for me anyway :)
What's great about it: Everything was really simple. Q &A, review, file and done.
What's not so great: I can't think of a thing I didn't like. As I said, easy peasy lemon squeezy

Had some problems opening the State file. Had to shut down computer and restart.

What's not so great: Afraid missing deductions and chartable deductions a pain.
