Thorough but not intimidating

I've used TurboTax for a number of years and have always been very pleased! It's quite thorough and relatively easy to use. The program offers sufficient explanation on most tax-related topics to assist the novice as well as those experienced in preparing their own taxes. There are other helpful tools and links that are easily accessible.
What's great about it: Thorough, easy to use, availability of in-depth explanations on various topics
What's not so great: Could have used a bit more explanation surrounding IRA contributions.

I have used turbo tax for many years. I like the way it walks you through each tax situation. I would not consider using another program, unless I paid someone to complete my taxes for me.

TurboTax is by far the easiest system to use, and I feel confident that it is correct because it is constantly being checked as I go through the process. Definetly would recommend TurboTax to everyone.
What's great about it: Ease of use, information is checked and rechecked.
What's not so great: Nothing I could find.

Easiest way to file taxes

I have been using TurboTax for over five years now and am very pleased with the final outcome. The program walks you through each step and will answer questions if you have any. Cheaper than having to leave your home and have your taxes done by 'professional tax consultants'.
What's great about it: Guided through the process
What's not so great: not much
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
