Outstanding service

This is an outstanding service. I have used it for at least 9 years and have never had a problem. It took me only a couple of hours to complete.
What's great about it: I loved the overall ease of it
What's not so great: Would love to havea access to a Live Tax expert.

Love TurboTax

TurboTax is a great program. It is very user-friendly, which is good since I hate to research. All the forms and information you need about them is available just a click away. I've been using TurboTax for 7 years and will continue to do so!
What's great about it: Since I can do taxes myself at home, I can take time to find all the little paperwork needed.
What's not so great: None

Been a user for decades. Best part is that it remembers your info from prior year. Walks thru step-by-step. Save $00's every year by doing it myself.

2012 Turbo Tax

The only tax return product we have used in the last 10 years and have never had a problem or issue.
What's great about it: The only way to go when preparing your taxes. It;s fast, easy, and efficient. Love the electronic filing feature.

For some reason, Ttax would not allow me to use itemized deductions on my wife's estimated tax form. I was forced to use the much lower standard deduction.

Year After Year, It Just Gets Better

I have been using TurboTax since 2000 and it just keeps getting better to use year after year. The 2012 Deluxe edition is the best ever. Super fast and easy to use. I really like this product!
What's great about it: Easy to use, well organized, plenty of help.
What's not so great: none
