Not as easy as past Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years; moved and had no access to the computer in a different states that had all my old returns and I couldn't import the previous year's taxes. Also, realized I had made a small mistake on a beneficiary form, and I absolutely could not get back to that form no matter how much I searched! This year's product was not as user friendly as I have experienced all the previous years.
What's great about it: Great guiding through the returns and link to IRS forms/info
What's not so great: More difficult to navigate to find specifics, i.e. specific line entry
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We use Turbo Tax for personal taxes and for our small business taxes, and are very please. The Transfer of data from Quickbooks to Turbo Tax makes doing taxes so much easier.
What's great about it: User friendly

Perrfect

Turbo-tax walked me thru each step quite simply and when I had to go back and make correction and additions i was able to do that. I also made a mistake on a SSN and had to refile. That only took about 5 minutes.
What's great about it: simple to use, easy corrections.

Very Simple and Great step by step instructions

Great, this is the third year I have used Turbo Tax and they have ;processed my return each time for a quick refund.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, and excellent "What about this" questions
What's not so great: I would change the "back" to Previous Page

The only area I had any trouble with is if I wanted to jump back more than one screen I would go to the top, for example the income block and it would pop up with the opening window, use guide (recommended) or use on your own version. Still excellant overall considering all the fed/state options.
What's great about it: love the guide you through it!!

Easier than ever!

I have used TurboTax for years and it has always been great! Keeps getting easier and easier to use every year too! Wouldn't use any other tax preparation software!
What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions make it very simple
What's not so great: Keeps getting more expensive every year
