not that bad

over all my experience was not that bad. When i filed my own taxes it was a breeze but when i tried to help my brother with his, things started to get a bit more complicated.
What's great about it: step by step was very easy
What's not so great: hard to add more then one w-2
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have been using Turbotax for many years and I have never had a problem. It has always been easy, just fill in the blanks and answer the questions.

Great software

For some reason, even though I'm retired and have no wages, I was required to enter on a W2 form my "employer's" zip and state in two different places.
Have NO idea why!
What's great about it: Guides you through and allows you to go back if a mistake is made. Easy to use!
What's not so great: Bizarre errors

This is a very outstanding service that allows people the ability to file taxes safely and easily from the comfort of there own home. I've used this service for two years now and it's been a flawless transition. They have very reasonable prices on everything and you end up learning a lot of taxes too. All good things.
What's great about it: Super easy, even for the tech challenged
What's not so great: I've never had any issues

I would encourage and recommend others to use Turbotax! It's simple and you can be confident with the results.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Glad I did not send in before the errors with Minnesota were corrected.
