Pretty good product. Worked fine except for having to call to get at number to efile the state return.

Turbo tax Review

I have used Turbo tax since 2009 because i had to pay the accountant as well as the Federal government. Turbo tax saves me over $100.00.
What's great about it: it does all of the calculations for you.
What's not so great: This year it entered the lived in dates twice and would not let you efile.

Solid Tax Prep Software

All the "pros" listed. The length of course is more the problem with our governments than TurboTax.
What's great about it: Complete, accurate, detailed, easy if long step-by-step, good provision for supporting docs
What's not so great: Pricey

This is the best program I have used and I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: Helped me figure out what I needed to finish my returns.

So simple to use

This software is so user friendly. The walk through interview is very in depth and if you have all your information available, you will be done before you know it. The information is then kept and rolled over for next year... a great incentive for using it again and again.
What's great about it: I love how it keeps track of your refund as you progress through the interview

tax reporting made easy

I had a 1099-B for a partial payment of principle from a bankrupt bond fund and was not sure how to calculate things like purchase price. More information or example of something like that could have helped. Not sure I did it right.
What's great about it: Everything seems to get put in the right place.
What's not so great: 1099-B lacks details about some line items and purpose.
