No help what to enter for a reverse mortgage information. It is a mortgage and could not be enter.

So Easy

I like the improvements from over last year. This new format is really easy to use and so helpful to check on things you might not have thought of. While my return is not terribly complicated it sure was nice to have the expertese of TurboTax professionals to call on. Thanks for making doing taxes so easy!
What's great about it: This was a snap to use. I could stop, close down, start up again whenever I wanted. Great tool!

Great experience!

I have been using this product for about fifteen years and I have never had a bad experience. I will continue to use Turbo Tax because I can do this laborious task in the comfort of my own home, stop anytime I need to find information I may not have at the time, and go back and complete at my leisure. It truly gives me control over my tax experience and I am confident I am getting all the tax breaks that I couldn't when I paid for professional help. With the pros, I felt I left too much money on the table.
What's great about it: Inexpensive, easy and efficient.
What's not so great: None

I thank intuit leaders, and the software developers for providing the software to help customers prepare their taxes. My family have benefited from Turbo Tax since I first utilized it in 1995. The software has been a blessing to my family for years.
What's great about it: The intuit experts are up to date on current tax laws, resulting in customers receiving the maximum refund.
What's not so great: There must be something but i cant think of anything. :-)

I tried TurboTax once in the past and it missed several important deductions. Others encouraged me to try it again and I'm glad I did. The program has vastly improved since the last time I tried it and it definately caught everything that I typically need.

Quick and easy!

I feel I can trust TurboTax to make sure I don't screw anything up. Last year I used H&R software and needed to allocate payments for partial-year residency in two states - they only asked for allocation for one state and i was unable to accurately complete the return and file. TurboTax is simple, easy, and has everything I need - feels like I am in good hands and the process was hassel-free. And no ridiculous upcharges at the end.
What's great about it: simple, quick, reliable... easy guide prompted for all the types of forms I needed, unlike H&R's software
