Makes tax filing so much easier

Excellent product
What's great about it: Good support and explanations
What's not so great: Wish it had more help with filing in multiple states...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall I enjoy using the program. Upon completion of your tax return you have a feeling of accomplishment.
What's great about it: having last years info in data basehad
What's not so great: can have some problems converting Schedule K-1 info

My peace of mind

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years with ease, including the transition year when my husband retired, so we had more complicated documents. The detailed individual input of info makes sure that you don't miss deductions or other documents.
This year my return was rejected, so I had to fix my mistake and get new PIN numbers. The info about the PINs was not specific enough for me to realize that I needed to acquire new numbers from the IRS. Maybe I was lazy or just wanted to finish. Again I took a longer route to get back to correcting my errors because I started with going back to my return. Once I got to the my return being rejected page, the process was easy and my return was refiled. As always, tax filing is specific and detailed, so Turbo Tax makes this time consuming necessary evil at least bearable and gives me the peace of mind that they will catch my mistakes since I hate numbers, and computers give me fits.

Have been using Turbo Tax for over 18 years. Have never had a problem. It's an easy and quick "cake walk" for completing your tax returns. Would definitely recommend this product to everyone!!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years with great success and this is the first time that I have had any problem. I am still checking to determine what my problem is.

I found turbo tax easy to use and it guided me through all nedcessary steps. It covered all deductions and the estimating tool for donations to charity was great!
What's great about it: Simple to use and cover everything very well
