Fantastically Easy

I have been using this product for 5 years now and would not switch to any other for filing my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, safe, and confidential

Makes an arduous task a little easier

This task gets harder and harder every year and we don't have a lot of complicated issues. I think the hardest part was finding some of the data on my 1099-DIVs to enter into the correct box.
What's great about it: Lots of tips and additional information for categories

Although I am quite ignorant of the language used in many of the questions, Turbo Tax makes it easier for me to discover the answers to my questions. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I like that it takes my previous year's return and walks me through this year's return.

I used to file through a popular tax service company. I was very disappointed with the service I received for the amount it cost. So I started to file the old fashion way for a while, but this year I decided not to and see if TurboTax would inform me of new tax codes that will affect my return, which I missed one year.
I liked the confidents it gave me knowing I would not miss an item and the filing was complete. Nice print out.

Turbo tax is an easy step by step process with help access along the way. Have used it for many years and never disappointed.
What's great about it: Takes you step by step through the return. Easy to follow!

I was apprehensive but actually had nothing to fear. Turbo Tax was easy and almost fun!
What's great about it: very user friendly, painless even for a first-time user

Totally painless!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 9 or more!! years, always been happy and was able to receive direction from "Help", I would recommend to anyone with computer experience. This was recommended to me by my boss who is a CPA and doesn't all his clients filing with TT. after he did mine and told me just try, it was "totally painless"
What's great about it: step by step questions~~when I needed help downloading and verifying one of my errors ~~USA locations!!!!
What's not so great: just a little confusing for me whether hard drive or on line!!
