Excellent Software

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and I have depended on it's accuracy and I have never had a problem with the IRS using this software. Thank you Turbo Tax.

Hate that I owe

TurboTax is great to use and makes it so easy to file your returns even if you are terrible at any type of accounting. It walks you through each area of the tax return and helps you answer each question. You can always ask for an experts help too. I have been using it for 10 years and I hate that I owe taxes but I like being able to do my own taxes and not give any private information to an accounting firm.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate
What's not so great: don't like the extra offers in the middle of completing the return

Quick Filing, No Headaches

TurboTax takes what used to be a horrible experience at makes it quick, simple and mostly stress free.
What's great about it: Filing is quick and easy, explanations are clear and make sense
What's not so great: The tax code itself is way too complicated!

I had some possible student and medical deductions this year for the first time. I was very happy how Turbo Tax guided me through them.
What's great about it: Easy and Great Guidance
What's not so great: Need to clarify when payment is for Turbo Tax fee for filing. (Got confused it was for Tax payment again)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Still Slow to Calculate and Save

The program allows you to input information that is later in review not accepted. The best thing was working with Samuel a tax advisor who was knowledgeable, helpful.
What's great about it: great help from tax advisor
What's not so great: the data base has not been updated in years its failure to link and calculate rapidly has not changed in eons

Continued excellence, year after year!

I've used TurboTax software to complete my taxes for the past five years. It's made tax preparation easy and I don't have to worry about forgetting anything. The software is easy to use and follows a logical and intuitive process of walking me through completing my returns. TurboTax will continue to be my preferred tax preparation software.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps to complete my returns.
What's not so great: Don't have any.

Love TurboTax

I've used TurboTax since it first came out and it has never let me down. It is easy to use and makes an unpleasant task almost pleasurable.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

I've been using TurboTax for several years. It's very easy to use once you've gathered your information together. And the e-filing makes it even better!
What's great about it: Easy to use, covers all income and deductions
