Overall very good. I like that you click on Explain This and get more detailed info about the topic you are working on.
What's great about it: Breaks down each section well
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult maneuvering between screens, it takes you back to the beginning of the section

Turbo tax has helped me get a great refund every year the last few years. I like how it remembers my information and shows the amounts I entered last year so I can compare.
What's great about it: So easy to follow, fast, good refunds
What's not so great: Always wonder a little bit if I got every deduction possible
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I have used turbo tax since 2008 and file about 15 tax returns and I love using it.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: state downloads are expensive

Will Never Use anything else!

I have used Turbo Tax for years to formulate my taxes and efile.. I love its ease of use, quick reminders and I trust Turbo Tax. It is the only way i have filed my taxes and have highly recommended it to friends and family. I have used those other services in the past and it was a nightmare..Never again!
What's great about it: easy to use, intuitive, I trust Turbo Tax

Good But with Glitches

Generally good though I didn't see marked improvement over earlier versions. I don't remember a worksheet popping up for multiple entries but mostly it was needless with only a single entry. Had a lot of trouble with listing charities. It would jump to the end or skip over the window for choosing kind. Maybe because I had the Mac version.
I will likely stick with TurboTax , but the software has been around a long time. Should have these problems.
What's great about it: Thorough getting all the numbers
What's not so great: Worksheet window pops up needlessly, donations rough
