A fairly straight forward tax program anbd easy to get taxes done as long as you have all your tax information on hand.
What's great about it: Fairly straight forward and step by step is easy to follow
What's not so great: Seemed better than last year's

was able to complete my tax return in just a few hours. Very simple and easy to use.
What's great about it: State section slowed me down

Filing my return with chat help

I needed chat help as I couldn't get past a certain part of my filing. The chat person stayed on with me for over an hour to assist me. Realizing that it wasn't going to resolve, she downloaded a free download of Turbo Tax for me, and then assisted me right to the end. I want to thank her for being there for me.
What's great about it: The chat person stayed with me for hours.
What's not so great: I did have a little trouble.

It was easy for me to use and I am not good at numbers, money, or anything with taxes. Basically fool-proof.

Super Easy Doing Returns

Been using Turbo Tax for over 7 years. Very easy to follow and have no problem with making adjustments or add ins. Like the way it follows with previous years returns. Always asked if everything has been included. No problem pulling in information such as W2's, It's deductible info, etc. Like it when it checks for errors, which is very easy to follow if there is any. Great product.
What's great about it: Easy to use and follow.
What's not so great: Price
