Stress Relief

Input of information went very smooth. I had difficulty getting updates and downloading my State forms but, once I talked to Henry in New York my problems were solved within 10 minutes and I was able to complete and file. thanks TurboTax especially Henry.
What's great about it: I like the ease of bringing in historical information, comparing previous returns, and walking me thru all the questions
What's not so great: Bought the software at local office supply store and struggled with some glitches in getting updates.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick, Easy, and thorough

Turbo Tax has been my choice for many years. The software takes me step by step, asking questions that help me remember expenses. The 'Learn More' explanations give me confidence that I understand the items.
What's great about it: The way TT led me through every facet of filling out my tax form

Gets better every year

You would think my filing would be simple, but it gets more complicated every year. What I would like to see is a cloud service that stores our taxes, if that can be secured.
I would also like a service where I can anticipate my taxes. For some reason I never know if I am going to owe a lot or a little, even though my wife and I put the minimum deductions on our W-4.
