2012 return

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 10 years. Every year you improve it and make it easier to use. My only problem this year was the program somehow put a K-1 form in my return - blank - no info. It showed up as an error in my review and i had a hard time finding how to remove it.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Love being guided through the process. Easy to access upon return.
What's not so great: Long wait for support

Refunds Make Easy

Turbo Tax is a great inexpensive way for me to file my taxes that are very simple, I only have one rental property. Before Turbo Tax I used an accountant that was more expensive with almost the same refund. Also like the fact that I can call or chat with a live person!
What's great about it: Can check against what you did year before, saves all informaiton from the year before
What's not so great: would like for it to skip things I have never done in the last 3 years

Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for 3 years and it is the easiest program to follow. The questions are precise and prompts you to enter the correct information. I highly recommend the program.
What's great about it: Step by step process was efficient and concise. Error check is useful.

The TUR-bulent Waters of Income Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for 6 years. It always gets me through the complications of tax jargon. Last year was the first year ever that I paid federal tax. This year was a lot more. This is not the fault of Turbo Tax, it's mine. By using this product I knew way ahead of time that I had to come up with some money. If I had had to do my taxes by hand I'd be filing for an extension right now. Thanks Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Much better to have a program do all those calculations....
What's not so great: Although all items are explained, ordinary people--me--may not understand the explanation.

Always meets expectations

Have used Turbo Tax for years and this product always meets my expectations. It provides me with a simple easy process to complete and file my taxes, and allows me to dig into details if I think that is necessary. The e-filing process is so quick and simple that I am sometimes surprised I am done. I will continue to use Turbo Tax, knowing that I am getting what I am paying for.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to use with straight forward menus.
What's not so great: To many ads.

Nice Software!

Simple....easy & fast; what else can you ask for? My wife usually files our returns but I decided to tackle it myself this year. The software was comprehensive and laid out in an easy to understand format which helped in the decision process. Will use again next year.
What's great about it: Super easy to use

I have some difficulty navigating anong various section. I'd like to see a better interaction between IRS forms and Input form Should be able to go back and forth switching among input choice.
What's great about it: Great on filling in from previous years
What's not so great: Needs better interface between FORMS and INOUT FORMAT
