I have used turbo tax for a few years now so it is so easy to import personal info from years past. About an hour to complete everything and I feel confident in the results. Less than half the price of using a tax professional too.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy filing

i used turbo tax for the last 7 yrs. its very easy to do returns.
What's great about it: the risk rater for audits
What's not so great: if you have no dependants it gives you all the care credits

Tax return

With previous years Tax return, filing a new one is trivial with Turbo Tax. You simply do not have to worry about any potential errors, Turbo tax takes care of it.

Not Perfect

There is no question you have a good product. The ability to download information into Turbo Tax from outside vendors like Ameritrade is fabulous.
However, this is the first year where I could not print my tax forms directly from TurboTax. For some reason I was forced to exit the program and locate the files to print externally. That is a major pain. Your tech person did help me with this although he was unable to determine why the program could not print directly.
What's great about it: Live assistance was helpful; Downloads and transfers worked wonderfully and saved a lot of time.
What's not so great: Your live contact phone number is not easily accessible, and I had to exit program to access my files to print.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This is the only tax program I use. I have tried others and they just don't compare to the ease and expertise of Turbo Tax. No matter what our situation is for the tax year, this program covers it all!!
