TURBO TAX REALLY HELPED ME WITH MY BROTHERS TAXES, HE PASSED AWAY LAST YEAR AND I WASN'T SURE OF THE STEPS I HAD TO TAKE TO GET THEM FILED. THIS PROGRAM MADE IT EASY AND PAINLESS
What's great about it: GOOD EXPLANATIONS
What's not so great: ASKED TO MANY TIMES ABOUT STATE TAXES
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Should allow for international families (wife and kids not having SSNs).
What's great about it: Easy and complete, detailed
What's not so great: Some unusual situations are difficult to rectify
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Using Turbo Tax is quick and easy. It took me about 20 minutes from start to finish. I feel confident that I got my maximum refund. Its like having a tax advisor at my fingertips. Thanks again
What's great about it: Easy navigation takes you through each step making the process easier than ever
What's not so great: The cost of the software is a bit expensive but considering the time I saved it's worth it

I like the idea that now for the past 5 years I have been able to file my own taxes. You give a precise step by step process and am able to understand it.

Overall I am very satisfied with Turbo tax Deluxe. Even though the AMT is still confusing---I would hope it can be simplified in some way.
This year I had need to cotact the support desk for a question on how to enter some numbers. I was very satisfied with the personal attention and response.
What's great about it: I like the ease and thououghness of the interview-step by step process
What's not so great: AMT section is still confusing to me even after 10 years of using

Quick and easy

overall it is still make your live easier to file your tax quick and simple with the easy guide. It got feature that allow import available tax document directly from institution/company so less manual data entry (less error occur)
What's great about it: EasyGuide- step-by-step interview questions were usually clear, appropriate, and not too overwhelming
What's not so great: sometime a little bit ovwewhelm on how to get back to particular module to change and update information
