What's not so great: ummmmm, charge to E-file state

Reliable, Accurate, Affordable

I've used Turbotax for many years. It's a concise and user friendly tool which enables and guides me to prepare my taxes at my leisure with complete confidence and security. The program answers all my questions and takes me step by step through the entire process. It's a very affordable and reliable way to prepare my federal and state returns.
What's great about it: Turbotax is a concise, clear guide to preparing taxes in the leisure of my home.
What's not so great: Doesn't have the "face to face" of a personal accountant.

TurboTax Know-It-All

I've submitted my returns (2) using TurboTax since 2006 for both standard and itemized forms. The walk-through functions allowed me to receive any eligible deductions and explained each item perfectly. I'll continue to use TurboTax for future returns because of my confidence in their programs. Thanx TurboTax!

Turbo Tax is my software for filing taxes every year. This is a great product even for the novice. Recommend highly to anyone.

All in all the TurboTax product is very good. I especially like It'sdeductible to evaluate contributions to charities. It's very user friendly. The carryover of info from year to year is half the battle in filing to me so that is really helpful to me.
What's great about it: Carryover from year to year is a big help.
What's not so great: Navigating between sections can be tricky.
