It's great except when you have a more exotic form you need to search for it and you are not sure if TT is using it. It would be nice to have a parallel view to the nice simple gui that just lists the forms that it used on the side.
What's great about it: Convenient and easy to use
What's not so great: it shoyuld be more transparent to show which forms and calcs have been used

Best program Ever!!!

We have a farm and this year we installed solar panels. It was quite complex and there was no problem at all using Turbo Tax. It was a great price and it would of cost us a FORTUNE if we had taken it somewhere else to have it done. We are also very confident in Turbotax. We have been doing this for over 10 years now and have never had a problem with our taxes and we get a great refund! Thanks TurboTax!!!!!!!
What's great about it: Its so easy and theres always help if you ever need it

Easy to use for us non-accountant people!

The program seemed easier to use than when I used it a few years ago. Also, it is a lot cheaper and more accurate than my former Accountant!
What's great about it: Questions were short and easy and guided me in the right direction!

Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and it keeps improving every year. I like that it takes your information from previous years and then walks you through your rturn by asking you questions as you go. This makes it easy to complete. .
What's great about it: Asks questions as you go. Improves annually.
What's not so great: nothing

Taxes are Pain E-file is not

makes filing your returns a snap. The key benefit is when you use it for several years then you can just import a lot of your information from previous years. That speeds up the process considerably.
What's great about it: simple walk through
What's not so great: could use interface improvements

I have been using TurboTax for 15+ years now and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Had to wait for updates each time I used it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

HHate doing taxes

Ease of use has improved each year. Simple to use.
I was annoyed because I had to reenter all my personal information, bank accounts etc. I did not see how to prompt program to do that and I had to data enter myself. This was a bit of a hassle because I have used TURBOTAX for a number of years.

What's not so great: Failed to update with last years info
