Overall, Turbo Tax is so easy to use and helps us plan for the next year as well. There may be some places that could use more explanation, but if you click on explain it does a good job of guiding you to choose what applies to you.
What's great about it: Every deduction was clear and easy to review and change. The questions checking each area before efiling was useful.
What's not so great: The education forms didn't update immediately when I loaded software.

More for the cause!

This is about my 10th year using Turbo Tax and it gets easier and easier every time. I have tried other tax prep software and compared them side by side and the results are not the same. It is not worth the difference in cost for a inferior product.
What's great about it: Easy to read and understand questions.
What's not so great: Other than paying more in taxes, nothing

Big Savings

I have used other tax software in the past, Turbo Tax was easy and I could see where I was able to save money and list the items I was deducting. I will never go back to those others.

I Love TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax for five years and it's awesome. It's complete, thorough, and easy to use. It takes all the craziness out of calculating and filing my federal and state taxes.

What's great about it: Easy and Thorough
What's not so great: No Cons!

when I had a question that theTurbo Tax program did not cover or allow for , CPA on the phone ("call- in- help") spent 2 hours with me until we both could resolve the issue in Turbo Tax.

Excellent Product

I have been using Turbo tax for more than 5 years. I have a home business in addition to other employment. Turbo tax is easy to use and makes me feel confident that I am preparing my taxes correctly. I was even audited last year and did not owe any money. Yay!!!! Go Turbo Tax!

time saver

Been using TurboTax for years. No reason to use a tax preparer for returns of minimal to moderate complexity. It's fast, efficient, and usually clear. Occasionally in the Schedule C portion (self employment) it was harder to find my way to what I needed to enter. I suspect they've saved the best navigation for the business product; I notice they've reduced support for schedule C work in the Deluxe product over the years.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: occasionally needed more info
